"Veritas" is an Analog Tele-Phonographer made from two different nickel-plated trumpets, with just a touch of trombone. It's attached to a base made from salvaged steel, and has been left uncoated, so it will continue to age with a natural patina.
This horn is made from old stuff, so it shows some character. There are worn spots, the bell is dented, and the buttons don't match. But the nickel plating still has plenty of life left in it, and the sound is amazing. This vintage beauty will look great in the shop, next to all the old chrome motorcycle parts. It will lend elegance to your master bathroom. Or put it on the dining room table, so it can sing to you while you gaze lovingly into your partner's candlelit eyes.
All three buttons move, but one has been converted to a fully analogue momentary mute button.
This horn will make the sound from your iPhone or iPad louder and richer, using no electricity, wires, plugs, or batteries. The shape of the horn is enough to add 25 decibels or more! But it's not just about volume, it's about quality of sound as well.
This work of art is hand-made, one-of-a-kind, and was created entirely in America with reclaimed materials.
This piece is shown with a stainless dock for iPhone 6, but docks are available for iPhone 6+ or 4-5s. The dock is easily removed (with no tools required!) and can be replaced for future upgrade.
