Bing Bong

650.00

"Bing Bong" is an Analog Tele-Phonographer made from a vintage trombone and trumpet, with some small parts from other horns.  It's attached to a base made from salvaged steel given to me by a middle-school assistant principal and former Navy welder.  The base has a wonderful aged patina and has been left unfinished for authenticity.

This horn uses the trombone as a woofer and the trumpet as a tweeter.  The sound from the trumpet is subtle, but effective.  The sound is huge, but even when it's quiet, this horn commands attention.  It's long and heavy, but extremely stable.

This horn will make the sound from your iPhone or iPad louder and richer, using no electricity, wires, plugs, or batteries. The shape of the horn is enough to add 25 decibels or more! But it's not just about volume, it's about quality of sound as well.

This work of art is hand-made, one-of-a-kind, and was created entirely in America with reclaimed materials.

This piece is shown with a stainless dock for iPhone 4-7, but docks are available for iPhone 6+/7+ or any kind of iPad. The dock is easily removed (with no tools required!) and can be replaced for future upgrade.
